🏆 …Our GEMS-App poster was voted the most impactful poster of the conference!

This recognition is incredible, given that:

• More than 300 research groups from around the world submitted posters;
• 220 posters were shortlisted, including our three submissions (“GEMS-App” presented by Romain Alderweireldt, “AORAM” presented by Eneko Urizar, and “AI Quest for Modifiers” presented by Gabrielle Woronoff);
• Of the 220 posters, only 10 were selected for presentation in the plenary session, including the GEMS-App poster;
• And among these 10 finalists, 2 posters were selected as having the greatest impact:
  • – The poster by Carlotta Emili of the Fondazione Telethon on “The Pricing Challenge of an n-of-few Ex-vivo Gene Therapy” and
  • – Our poster: “ GEMS-App – A web-based dynamic consent application for studying genome-wide epistasis in Marfan syndrome ”!
