Wat is de nalatenschap van het duo?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Heb je geen directe erfgenamen en wil je je nalatenschap of een deel ervan nalaten aan een nicht, neef of vrienden? Een gezamenlijk legaat vermindert de zeer hoge successierechten die in dit soort situaties moeten worden betaald (tot 80%).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Met een duo-legaat kun je een deel van je nalatenschap nalaten aan een vereniging of stichting, die een laag successierechttarief (7%) betaalt, maar wel de volledige successierechten moet betalen. Het voordeel van deze methode is tweeledig: het stelt je in staat om een nettobedrag na te laten aan je erfgenaam terwijl je iets goeds doet.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Dus als u besluit om <\/span>
\n een deel van je erfenis na te laten aan de 101 Genomes Foundation<\/span>
