Durante mis estudios, siempre me centr\u00e9 en la IA y la biolog\u00eda. Ahora soy estudiante de doctorado en la ULB en el (IB)\u00b2 y el MLG.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>\n<p><strong>L.: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su experiencia previa y en qu\u00e9 medida es una ventaja para el proyecto Genome4Brussels?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>N. N.: He estado trabajando en herramientas predictivas para identificar combinaciones pat\u00f3genas de bi-locus y las variantes modificadoras dentro de estas combinaciones. El proyecto Genome4Brussels se basa ahora en esta experiencia para aplicar y seguir desarrollando estas herramientas en el contexto del s\u00edndrome de Marfan. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>\n<p><strong>L.: \u00bfPuede contarnos algo m\u00e1s sobre las herramientas en las que est\u00e1 trabajando actualmente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>N. El primer predictor de combinaciones de variantes: hemos completado la creaci\u00f3n de una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y precisa de VarCoPP. Se trata de una herramienta de predicci\u00f3n oligog\u00e9nica cuyo objetivo es distinguir entre combinaciones de variantes potencialmente pat\u00f3genas y variantes benignas. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estoy trabajando en la creaci\u00f3n de un proceso basado en la nube para analizar los exomas de los pacientes. Esta canalizaci\u00f3n integra VarCoPP como herramienta de predicci\u00f3n, al tiempo que mantiene la seguridad necesaria para este tipo de datos sensibles. <\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>L.&nbsp;: \u00bfQu\u00e9 opina del proyecto Genome4Brussels?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">N.
