posters at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rare-diseases.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2026 European Conference on Rare Diseases and Orphan Drugs (ECRD2026)<\/a>, organized by <b>EURORDIS<\/b> in Prague and\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfc6 &#8230;Our GEMS-App poster was voted the most impactful poster of the conference!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This recognition is incredible, given that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 300 research groups from around the world submitted posters;<\/li>\n<li>220 posters were shortlisted, including our three submissions (&#8220;GEMS-App&#8221; presented by <strong>Romain Alderweireldt<\/strong>, &#8220;AORAM&#8221; presented by <strong>Eneko Urizar<\/strong>, and &#8220;AI Quest for Modifiers&#8221; presented by <strong>Gabrielle Woronoff<\/strong>);<\/li>\n<li>Of the 220 posters, only 10 were selected for presentation in the plenary session, including the GEMS-App poster;<\/li>\n<li>And among these 10 finalists, 2 posters were selected as having the greatest impact:\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; The poster by <b>Carlotta Emili<\/b> of the <b>Fondazione Telethon<\/b> on <em>\u201cThe Pricing Challenge of an n-of-few Ex-vivo Gene Therapy\u201d<\/em> and<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Our poster: \u201c <strong><em>GEMS-App &#8211; A web-based dynamic consent application for studying genome-wide epistasis in Marfan syndrome<\/em><\/strong>
