{"id":2432,"date":"2023-01-23T20:59:19","date_gmt":"2023-01-23T19:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/f101g.org\/vascern-epag-exchange-101-genomes-and-gems-at-uza\/"},"modified":"2025-12-05T14:04:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T13:04:21","slug":"vascern-epag-exchange-101-genomes-and-gems-at-uza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/f101g.org\/en\/vascern-epag-exchange-101-genomes-and-gems-at-uza\/","title":{"rendered":"VASCERN ePAG Exchange: 101 Genomes and GEMS at UZA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On January 20 and 21, 2023, a two-day seminar on <span class=\"xt0psk2\">101 Genomes<\/span>&nbsp;and the GEMS project was held at the UZA at the request of ePAGs (patient association representatives) from the UZA.&nbsp;<span class=\"xt0psk2\">VASCERN <\/span>(European Reference Network for Rare Vascular Diseases).<\/p>\n<p>The primary objectives were to understand the work of 101 Genomes, and the benefits of genomics and bioinformatics in the field of rare diseases, while respecting the regulatory and ethical framework.
